Cooking Classes

Group Cooking Classes ($60.00 – $75.00/person, 6pm – 9pm)

Specific Themed classes will be held twice a month on Tuesday evenings. In the true spirit of The Table the classes will prove to be lively and informative. Please pre-register to secure a spot.  If you have a specific request for an item you would like to prepare please let me know.

Private Interactive Group Cooking Class and Dining ($75.00 – $85.00/person, 6PM – 9PM)

This is a wonderful way to celebrate and spend time together with friends. If you would like to host a private group class, other dates can be booked that will convenience you. We ask that your group have a minimum of 10 people.  

In this Class you choose 5 items from an extensive menu divided by course (Choose items at time of booking). Once you have prepared the menu you enjoy the fruits of your labour by dining together.

Private Chefs Table Cooking Class and Dining ($75.00 – $90.00/person, 6PM – 9PM)

You and your group will choose, ahead of time, 7 dishes from an extensive Tapas menu including Seafood, Vegetarian and Meat Selections. I demonstrate and prepare the items in front of you and your guests and have each course served to you.

All recipes and nutritional values are included.

November 3, 2015 (6PM – 9PM) $60.00

SOUPS…let’s start the classes with what The Table is known for… its soups.  In this class we will talk about broths: when to have broth made ahead and when to include the broth making directly into the soup making process.  

We will make 4  soups: Carrot Ginger, Thai Squash with Coconut, White Bean with Swiss Chard,

And Borscht.  All of these soups are Vegan and Gluten Free. Each person will go home with 4 litres of soup, recipes and nutritional values.

November 17, 2015 (6PM – 9PM) $75.00

Vegan Burgers and Salad Dressings…. The burgers and dressings that we prepare at The Table are absolutely delicious.  Not only are they vegan but they are Gluten Free.

We will prepare: Cashew Quinoa Burgers, Portobello and Black Bean Burgers, Chipotle Corn Burgers as well as Sweet onion Dressing (vegetarian, we use honey), Asian Coleslaw Dressing (also a wonderful marinade)

Each person will go home with 4 burgers of each, 250ml of each dressing, recipes and nutritional values.

December 1, 2015 (6PM – 9PM) $75.00

Hearty Soups to Decadent Desserts…. Tonight we start with making Five Bean Chili and Spinach with Grilled Tofu, Mulligatawny Soup and moving on to Chocolate Coconut Pie and Cashew Cheese Cake with Almond and Date Crust.  These Items are both Vegan and Gluten Free.

Each person will leave with 3 litres of soup and 2 of each dessert.
